wow, as i speak i was dying of heartburn i usely use milk but sometimes gives me stomach problems. as soon as i saw this i had an aple,
and it looks like its working! no i tink im going to bed.thank god thank you and thanks to the internet.

Thanks for the apple tip, hmm but i’ve jst had dinner and i ate two spoons of honey so im full, i Think honey soothes the stomachand kills germs.

I’m also using a tense machine to stimulate my stomach nerves.

Hmm searching more for an excercise that will remove the trapped wind.

well I got that stupid annoying acid reflux heartburn and always feels like im going to vomit, but thank god i diden’t i just gaged and then I ate an apple and i felt better.

Macintosh Apples after you eat. Try and cut down on carbs, eliminate grains, white flour and breads, use metamusil for fiber and eat lots of Romaine Lettuce and Vegtables, seafood with salad, chicken. Almonds for snakes etc. Then after you eat, eat a Macintosh Apple. I am getting relief. I don’t even follow a proper diet at this point. I am also finding the Macintosh has helped with my Throat from reflux. I have tried many apples, but it was only the Macintosh (canadian) that worked. Honestly.
